• concertmaster at "Hofkapelle" in Munich from 1820
• concertmaster at "Hofoper" and teacher in Stuttgart from 1826
• composer, conductor, concert musician and teacher in London from 1849 to 1866
• compositions: mainly for violin, orchestra and chamber orchestra

• none, Molique wrote for concertina
• Hugo Herrmann edited "Six characteristic pieces for the Concertina and Pianoforte op. 61" as duet for accordion and piano entitled "Alte Spielmusiken" in 1938
